INTERESTING , HOW DO I USE THE LENSES
If you’ve never used lenses before, there are a few things to keep in mind. But don’t worry. We have a video explaining how to use them and also how to apply . Its very easy with our new tools!
BUT THE LENSES ARE SAFE , RIGHT?
Yes, they’re super safe and manufactured to international safety standards (ISO 13485) and bears the CE conformity mark plus we have the EC certificate ( HD 60117242 001 )
In other words, they’re just as safe as any conventional contact lens you buy at the pharmacy. But do read the online manual before use.
WHAT ARE THE LENSES MADE OF?
Our lenses are made with biocompatible Poly HEMA Hydrophilic material and 38% water challenge content. The same stuff most contact lenses are made of. These materials were chosen to create a look as natural as possible.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to many European countries, the Middle East, and India. Prices, shipping costs, and expected delivery will be displayed before you place an order on our website. If you happen to be located in a country we’re not yet shipping to, please drop an e-mail to our customer service and we might be able to work something out!

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST
Exact prices are shown during the check-out process. If you order above a certain amount, it’s free of charge. If it’s less, sorry, but there’ll a shipping cost. Oh, yeah, by the way, we also offer express delivery.
ERR . I MESSED UP . CAN I CHANGED MY ORDER
Orders are processed within four working hours. So, if you placed your order less than four hours ago – yes, you can change it. If so, please contact our customer service and let them know what went wrong.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
The delivery information for your order will be e-mailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
Well, it depends on what kind of shipping method you choose and where you are located, as there’s no set standard that applies to all countries. You can learn more about the shipping time on our Delivery & Returns page. But do know that we always strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. Promise!
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have the right to return or exchange delivered goods by contacting our customer service within 15 days from receiving the goods. The product must be unused, in its original packaging undamaged, and with all the security seals intact. This is due to the importance of hygiene and to protect you as a customer. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to us for a full refund to be made. Returned products must be trackable package to ensure it arrives safely and unharmed. Kindly note that you are responsible for any shipping expenses when returning the package to us. WE do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with us by either e-mail. If a product has been discontinued, we have the right to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid by the customer. We will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent product if available.
